The HDMI™ to HDMI™ + Audio converter allows you to extract an audio signal from any HDMI™ source. Ideal for splitting the audio out of an HDMI™ device to a digital surround sound system, or to an analog speaker system. Another use is to extract audio when connecting to a display monitor without built-in speakers.
